Gulmohar's business model only works if you trust us. We charge a flat fee. We earn nothing from your transaction. So we have no incentive to mishandle your data, monetise it, or share it with people who do. This page explains exactly what we collect, why, and what we commit not to do.
Who we are
Gulmohar is a property assessment platform operated by Gulmohar Technologies Private Limited ("we", "our", "us"). We provide independent, data-driven property evaluation services to buyers and investors in India.

What we do not do
This is important given the nature of our service:
- We do not sell your data to brokers, developers, or any third party.
- We do not share your financial inputs or evaluation results with any property developer or broker.
- We do not use your data to target you with property advertisements.
- We do not earn commissions from any property transaction. Our only revenue is the fee you pay us directly.
What data we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account data: email address and password (hashed) when you create an account.
- Evaluation inputs: property details, financial inputs (income range, EMI obligations, savings), and funding preferences you provide during an evaluation. This is the core data required to generate your report.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, and session duration — collected via standard server logs and analytics.
- Payment data: transaction IDs and payment status from our payment processor (PhonePe). We do not store card or bank account details.
We do not collect data you do not explicitly provide. We do not track you across other websites.
How we use your data
- To generate your property evaluation report — this is the primary purpose of all financial inputs you provide.
- To authenticate your account and maintain your evaluation history in the dashboard.
- To process payments and issue report credits.
- To improve our scoring models — we may use anonymised, aggregated evaluation data to refine benchmarks. No individual data is shared.
- To send transactional emails (account confirmation, report delivery). We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
Data storage and security
Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure hosted in AWS data centres. Data in transit is encrypted via TLS. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
We retain your account data and evaluation history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you — email us at mail.aishwarya.in@gmail.com
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Export your evaluation history
We will respond to data requests within 14 business days.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. No consent banner is shown because no non-essential cookies are set.
Changes to this policy
We will notify registered users by email of any material changes to this policy at least 14 days before they take effect.
