Terms of Service

By accessing or using Gulmohar ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Gulmohar Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated in India. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Gulmohar provides property evaluation reports based on inputs you provide and market data we maintain. Our reports are for informational purposes only.

Gulmohar does not provide financial advice, legal advice, or investment advice. Our reports are analytical tools to help you make more informed decisions — they are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any property or financial instrument. You should consult qualified professionals before making any property investment decision.

The accuracy of our reports depends on the accuracy of the inputs you provide and the quality of our benchmark data, which is updated periodically but may not reflect real-time market conditions.

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
• One account per person. You may not share accounts or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.

Report credits are purchased in advance and consumed when a full report is generated. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

Report credits (single and bundle) never expire — use them whenever you find properties worth evaluating.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices with 14 days' notice to existing subscribers.

If a payment fails or is disputed, access to paid features will be suspended until the matter is resolved.

You may not:

• Use the Service to generate reports for commercial resale without our written consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our benchmark data or scoring methodology
• Use automated systems to access the Service at a volume beyond normal individual use
• Provide false financial inputs with the intent of generating misleading reports
• Share account access with third parties for commercial gain

The Gulmohar scoring engine, benchmark data, methodology, and all associated software are the intellectual property of Gulmohar Technologies Private Limited. Your evaluation reports are generated for your personal use only.

You retain ownership of the data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process that data to generate your reports and to improve our models in anonymised, aggregated form.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gulmohar's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any property transaction decisions you make based on our reports, nor for any losses arising from inaccuracies in market data beyond our control.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy. Unused credits are forfeited unless termination is initiated by us without cause, in which case a pro-rata refund may apply.

We will notify registered users by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
